World Humanist Day Events @ JCU

The JCU Humanists, in conjunction with our sister group, the Townsville Humanists, are hosting a series of events at JCU to celebrate World Humanist Day. The events are as follows:

Wednesday 20th June
Panel Discussion
“Interfaith Co-operation to Benefit Humanity”

with local religious and cultural representatives
7-9 PM in Building 17, Room 201

Thursday 21st June
Debate

“Is Religion a Force for Good in the World?”
with Bishop Bill Ray and Jonathan Meddings
7-9 PM in Building 17, Room 201

Friday 22nd June
World Cafe

“Humanism and Human Rights”
facilitated by Townsville Humanists group members
7-9PM in Building 14, Room 8

All are welcome to come and join us for these three great nights of entertaining and intellectually stimulating discussion. Hope to see you there!
